- For photos released before January 2023: commercial use (except NFTs) might be allowed; please check the info on the individual photo

- You can use my stock photos to create resources like brushes.

Publication & Repost
- You can repost my references, but only with appropriate credit and for non-commercial and educational purposes.
- If you want to repost/publish my references for commercial use, please contact me.
WHAT YOU CAN'T DO WITH MY PHOTOS/VIDEOS
- Do not claim the original photos/videos as your own.
- Do not use my photos/videos for AI generated work.
- Do not sell my original photos/videos. This includes prints, resource packs, sites with membership options and NFTs.
- Do not use my photos/videos in adult content without artistic focus (like pornography and paraphilia), racist, harmful, offensive, unlawful, political, religious (outside of classical themes like angels), derogatory, abusive, defamatory, illegal or otherwise objectionable work.
- Do not use my photos/videos in work that infringes any copyright, trade mark, patent or other intellectual property right or any moral right.
- Do not share my photos/videos from Ko-Fi, Gumroad and Patreon (content that is not available for free) "as is/as they are". You may include the original photo as low resolution image for comparison next to your artwork.
